Ricoh Americas Corporation announced the availability of the Aficio MP C300/MP C300SR/MP C400/ MP C400SR Color Digital Imaging System. This new letter-size/A4 series provides a small footprint with tools and capabilities that maximize efficiency, lower total cost of ownership, and make it ideal for smaller workspaces.

The Aficio MP C300/MP C300SR/MP C400/MP C400SR produces documents with resolutions up to 1200 dpi at 32 or 42 ppm and houses a standard 160GB hard disk drive. A 250-sheet internal finisher standard on the MP C300SR/C400SR and standard duplexing add to its productivity, while the standard Document Server stores up to 3,000 documents. A maximum 2,300-sheet paper capacity reduces the amount of trips to replenish paper with an ample supply, up to 120 lb. Index. The Aficio MP C300/MP C300SR/MP C400/MP C400SR series features standard duplexing and combined print/copy modes to help lower paper consumption. These models also boast low Typical Electricity Consumption (TEC) values, meeting the U.S. EPA Energy Star Imaging Equipment Program’s current specification (ver. 1.2) with wide margins. The series offers low noise levels, and minimized pollutant impact on indoor air quality, meeting Germany’s Blue Angel Standard. The series also meets the requirements of the Restriction of Hazardous Substances (RoHS) Directive.
